How Do You Build a Vertical Community?

A lot of behaviors that are currently existing offline have to move online or wanted to move online. There's no one dedicated platform that is bringing the entire thing onto that platform. How did you identify your first hundred users okay these are the set of users that I want to target and how did you really target them?
