The Financial Implications of Aligning to the EU Regulation
The EU has estimated that aligned to the regulation will cost companies between 200 million and 2 billion euros annually. Some of these costs could fall into operating cash flow, while others could be split between investing and operating cash flow. Cole: Free cash flow is a helpful starting point because it is at least part of where companies are going to feel the pinch.
