I think the question that we want to ask is, why is it that so many people in general feel like that it's not worth their while to engage with other people at all? And what can we do turning it around. I mean, it's sort of a no brainer, but it never gets talked about in that way, I feel like. 70% of the non funders said that the main benefit of providing funding for volunteer engagement was that it helps nonprofits strengthen their connections with communities. So reaching out to potential volunteers, you know, is partly about showing them a good experience and also just to say, hey, we know this, this probably is what you've been looking
