Why to Write It Down

CNN's John Sutter talks about the importance of writing down your history. He says there are three reasons to do it: for yourself, for people you work with and for others. One reason is so that we can go back later and say "aha, this is what nd at this time" The other two explain how they help us understand our own lives in a new way.
