Using Patterns to Build a Team

Marlle: There's a lot of different patterns that people are going to adopt on their teams. We were able to really engage, discuss, put those things into practice immediately. Pairing is a huge way of ramped up as we go. NOC has something called engineering cafe every couple of weeks where we align on conventions. All of these things, alongside with some technical patterns, can talk about the kernel of it and all share the same idea of where we're headed.
