The Triple Down Effect of Failure on Teams
I think for Kyle Shanahan to be fired, he would have to personally go off the rails. Yeah, there isn't anyone else that would be better for the team and for the organization at this point. And so I would say probably the best thing that Jed York has done is hiring Kyle Schenan as general manager. It's a triple down effect from the front office, from the ownership, front office, all of them.
