Is the Central Bank of Ireland a Good Idea?

Last week, there were new rules or the relaxing of the rules brought in by the central bank with regards to mortgage lending. The world has just experienced a shift from a regime of very low interest rates to what looks like a regime of quite high interest rates. What that means is all asset prices are going to fall. All bets are off for asset prices. Just at that time, what the Irish central bank says, you know what? You can borrow even more, right? Yeah.
