John Dewey and the Importance of Education
In 1850 and 1970, very few people are educated at home. By 1931 states in America have compulsory school attendance for kids between ages eight to 14. So then we're going to talk about John Dewey. And I'm mentioning these three people specifically because one of the homeschooling advocates like specifically denounces them. That's all I'm saying is that there's a huge element of social justice that's imbued with educational reform.
