Is Twitter a Tough Company to Buy?

Twitter is a tough company to buy because the most logical buyers ever, right? Companies like google, apple, hell, facebook, none of them could get this through anti trust. So so the locological buyers for twitter aren't really in play here. There were some private equity folks, ri toma bravo was looking at it. I think apollo was. But at the end of the day, the debt level that was needed to, ah, to fund an acquisition was probably too high to make the math work for the financial return.
