The Peak Performance Aging Experiment

The goal was to teach, we took park skiing and park riding and broke it down into eight foundational movements. A crouch, a jump, a slash, a grind, a one in, just the movement of a 180 and a 360. The goal was not to teach anybody how to park ski. We're going to teach tricks. It's called localized hypofrontality if you start talking about self-consciousness or making people laugh that gets active in the block split.
