Can We Have a Financial Reset Without War?

If you have one % of your net worth in bit coin, let's say that the bare case is that it's attacked. Bit coin mining is bannd across the entire world if every so country om hasn't comes into an agreement. Can we have a financial reset without war? I guess this would be like the bearish case, im for bo sangine solving the debt spiral. And i could see scenarios where a america is at first friendly toward it, and we're going in the direction of adoption.
