The Importance of a Self-Regulatory Organization in the Blockchain Industry

In a void of regulatory clarity, do you think it makes sense to look at the self-regulatory structure as one governance opportunity that can be better leveraged in the industry? I think it is one for sure. Some other people propose that. The real question is if you're trying to solve a problem to get people to agree on what those rules are, that's kind of a collective action problem. And an SROs is certainly one venue in which those things can happen. But it's also important to have a framework for thinking about what those rules look like.
