A Living Sacrifice
At some level, everything we do is a spiritual discipline. Our goal as followers of Jesus is to lay all that we are before God as an act of worship. A good rule will change year over year, season over season. To be human is dynamic, not static. It's a moving target because you and I are a moving target.
