The Consequences of International Adoption

There is a whole movement suggesting that black kids should not ever be adopted to white families. But you know, I also know black kids that were raised in white families who, you know, are wouldn't say that maybe, but maybe would. It's the same factors coming into play when we talk about international adoption. What are the consequences of just removing a child from their culture? You know, they're going to be identified by outsiders as being part of that culture and now they're not.
