Reverse curls can be a nice test for those extensors that are having to stabilize as you go through a movement and probably works well for you sort of hand and wrist patients. I wouldn't use it in your acute epicondylitis because you're right it might it might provoke there or maybe a couple of days after an acute episode you start with lower weights than this. It could be a little bit irritating or aggravating if you've got like a lateral if it's going to allow you, which may not be quite as suitable.
