The Role of Media Literacy in the Coming Years
I think part of it is about, you know, recognizing just how significant this crisis is. We're in a kind of millennial struggle over who's controls information and that if we lose it, people all over the world are going to be disempowered. I don't necessarily accept that there's a style of journalism that's old fashioned that may be better. But what journalists, every journalist needs was operating in an ethical way. And again, as interested in serving the public interest, is a kind of open-mindedness, an intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to a rigorous process.
