Organizing Figma Files Is Important, but Bloke Needs to Chill

I actually shared this, the tweet, the original tweet on my Instagram account and asked people if they agreed or not. And I want to share some of the responses because I asked people to like elaborate and share like, why do you agree or disagree? So for folks who disagreed with the tweet, some of the things they wrote in was organized files are useful, but bloke needs to chill. It's giving you can't sit with us vibes. Don't feel like it's necessary to name all layers and explorations. Some of the best designers I know don't have neatly organized Figma files, not an indication of skill in my opinion.
