Relationship Practices - The Brain Science

All of those healthy relationship practices like gratitude, making requests, speaking from the first person are all connected to what works with brain science. Once you can really shift this way of thinking, suddenly listening just to listen is easy. And for my money, I think we actually do it both hands. We make this shift. We do a thing from a different stance. We learned something new. Our brain shifts more. So it's both doing the thing different and believing the thing different. Like an infinity sign. The more you do one, the more the other gross, the more you the other gross,. the more you're able to do.
