Introduction

This week i to speak about contemporary issues. We're kind of coming up to the one year anniversary of the pandemic, more or less. So for that reason, i wanted to hamt im little mental health episode and check in wit mental health around the pandemic. The other reason doing it is because i did a little interview in the sunday independent in ireland this Sunday which is an irish sunday newspaper.
