Can You Really Do Both?

I wonder what your actual week to week looks like that you can maintain the scholarly side and the pastoral side. As a former pastor, I know pastoring can eat up every free hour and an unfree hour of your life. But generally speaking, I get 20 minutes to an hour dealing with something, which I couldn't do if I hadn't taught Pentateuch eight times or wisdom literature course and poetry six times.
