How to Make Fresh Baked Bread

There's nothing like fresh baked bread with really good flour, spelt flour is amazing. We'll do some little tutorials down the road for people that haven't gone into sprouting their own and everything. If you live in an apartment and you have a kitchen sink, you can sprout some spelt berries. And then you can make flour that's actually like metabolizing a vegetable rather than eating a grain.
