Laurie erica kennedy was born becky sue turner in California. She changed her name to laurie ruff and moved to texas, where she married a man who later filed for divorce. After the birth of their first child, laurie became increasingly paranoid about what had happened with her past. On December 20, 2012, laura killed herself at her family's Texas home. The case is still under investigation by federal authorities.
