When I joined Patch three and a half years ago, we were doing pretty about 20 orders. And then at the peak of lockdown,. we were doing 2,000 plants a day. Half of our customers have never bought plants before. Only 10% of our customers describe themselves as confident plant parents. So that's pretty much proof that your strategy was the right one. Do you have plans to do the Byron Sharp and to go into physical retail as well? Or if you control the retail environment, you could offer the same level of after-sales service, even if you sold through conventional retail?"
