Coaches, No, We Talk About Wayfinding in a Guide by the Side
I do think we're in danger here of just giving people checkpoints and making it another tick box exercise to prove that you are coaching. And I feel like we have an opportunity here to sort of design a system where there are multiple touch points that are genuinely designed to support the coach. Coaches need a guide by the side just as much as athletes do, he says.
