cellulosic ethenal had its day and bat back at that point in time, batry, electric vehicles were considered so far into the future that it was most a pipe dream. The situation looks very different to day, and it's going to make it much more difficult for a sooistic ethenal,. if they do make it a reality, commercial reality, to fill that space. Where i do see it filling a space is those higher energy density applications such as jet fuels, aviation fuels - where electric is still going to be a long way out.
