When it comes to looking at wheat, maintenance is really what we're trying to achieve. The most valuable place to start is a very thorough intake form food journal. I would recommend seven days or if you're confined to three or four, definitely get a few week days and a few week ends because people eat differently all the week ends as they do during the week.
