How Did You Get to the Final Salary?

Chessey: I wanted to test my ability to build investment returns and invest money in my own book. So i started to look for opportunities to go to the byside. And because the byside generally earns more than the sall side, my total income at that point about doubled. When i was at baine for about a year and a half, i was promoted to v p, which is when i took over my own book, and my salary jumped again. That's how i got close to that 404 50 number consistently. As i understand it, this is a punishing job. These ere are 60 to 80 hours a week jobs. This is not a life style play
