The only experience you talk about is the experience that directly solves your customer's problem. So 15 years can be a differentiator, but it doesn't have to be all or nothing. Most people make mistakes when they lead with things like "I've had 15 years of experience" and then list their experiences. Now that experience has context for why that's important to them.
