Do You Know When You Need Your Full Attention and Focus?

A few months after Alex was able to free solo up El Capitan, two guys who were in their 40s died. They had been mountain climbing for 20 plus years but with ropes and they were doing what is called speed climbing. One of them didn't set a safety hook in and it was just doing it you know because he thought oh this part's easy I can do it. He accidentally slipped. As he falls he pulls his best friend off the mountain and they fall 900 feet to their death.
