You need to figure out what can you solve at various levels of asyncreniity, and reserve as much of your precious im for what's important at the top of that framework. We spent nine months working on a type of customer that we weren't really ready for. And it took us that kind of moment to bring all those different pieces of information together and to study it in order to come to that conclusion and make that course correction.
