Is She Just Modeling?

It's a young woman with a, I think she's wearing a glove. And she has this really long flowing silver scarf that covers under her neck and then this interesting cap. So it seems like a 1920s style car. It's very hard for me to tell though, because it's only a portion of the car we're just seeing. Her face is very like she's not even looking at the road. She could be pushing this vehicle forward or she could just be sitting there.
