"We all have different tendencies. You might have a tendency, let's say, from a leadership perspective that you're a micromanager," he said. "You've got to be aware of that tendency because if you don't, if you're not aware of it and you don't try and counter it, you're going to always end up micromanaging." He added: "As a leader, you got to watch the crowd and ... make sure that the crowd is going in the right direction"
