Fed Funds Are Going to Slash and Burn
The market thinks there is a 62% chance of a hike. That's down from, I think Thursday was around 75%. And then the bottom falls out. By September, there is a 0% chance that Fed funds is at or above 5%. So they start cutting aggressively. There is a 66% probability that Fed funds finishes the year below 4%.
