I feel like Muslims are going to be one of the first ones that take CBDCs for granted. I've encountered this in the past where very wealthy Muslim man, did I know, that opened up some type of establishment was haram. Islam has a lot to say about what is considered to be ethical in this particular realm, right? And there's things that Muslims can still do if you start your own business that make them sharia compliant under Western government rules.
