How to Deal With Passive Aggressive People

A lot of people who are passive aggressive will try to debate you into attacking them, and then they will mop the floor with you. So what do you do about this? This is where, like, this stuff becomes really, really important. Anything that you do with them needs to be with a calm mind kind of actual you don't want to directly attack them. You're just saying, this is what my clients told me, and it seems to be a pattern, which is why i'm bringing it up.
