The Indians Are the Coming Force in the Global Economy
I think what we're going to see over the course of the next 50 years is the Indianization of the professional classes all around the world. The chief economist of the IMF, a woman called Gopinath, is also Indian. And I think if Chinese would have done the same, if China was an open country, there would be a highly likely representation of Chinese people in large global institutions. But it's not a democratic country. So there's always a sense that the Chinese individuals will be stujes of the polypura so that works against them.
