I think just the fact that we're both so focused on those business outcomes and making our sales professionals successful and you are trying to make your clients successful. Yeah absolutely. So it really is a great connection that we have. My sales journey started with some teachers that I worked with in high school and in college people telling me you should be at salesyou should be in marketing like kind of nudging the in that direction. Your grandmother told me I should go to law school but I began actually to make some money in college doing some inside sales for gas cards.
