Coral: The idea that we can predict anything about the future, such as what prices are, is wrong. What you want ten years in the future is going to be different than what you will want 12 years into the future and 14 years later. He says it's a glorified guessing game when predicting cost of what you want. coral: You suck all the flip and joy out of this entire process by using a rule of thumb.
