Nearly half the people they surveyed, nearly half, who have not quit their job, save that they're considering quitting their job in the next 12 months. The thing i think that came out of the whole coved situation is that people recognize that they could do work. And i think that's what's for a lot of people recognizing that you don't have to be sitting at the cubicle to get the work done. But if you take that and you say, i can do whatever i want, and then i'm working in this environment that i don't care for or with these people, really don't get me excited. You know, m about school. I can do something else
