The Mobile Phone - The First Mobile Phone in Nigeria
Only one percent of people in innagur had access to a fixed phone. But within two years, ten per cent had access to mobile phones. The demand there for communications was so great. A mobile phone would cost about 50 dollars and the average income was about a dollar a day. Now i think that their penetration of mobile phone is likel about 80 %. Its huge. As ended in most countries in the world, mobile telephony has susort of leaped fogged existing technology. And the thing that's fantastic about that as well is that we see in countries like kenya and nigeria, new applications.
