How to Build Habit-Forming Products

I'm going to talk about actually a quick overview of my work in terms of how do we build habit forming products. What I want to try and get to is actually very quickly go through some of the model for those of you who maybe aren't familiar with it, and then leave some time for Q&A if that's okay. We have all seen how products and services change our daily behaviors. If we want to be world-class at changing customer habits, we have to look at the best in the business.
