GPT-3 is based on neural networks, a type of machine learning. It uses pre-trained models that are being used by systems like GPT-3 to do these fantastic things. The neat thing is you can take these models and apply them without a whole lot of pre-training to novel situations. What's coming after that? I believe are what I call Deontic Analytics. That's not just that they predict what will be; it's that they say what should be the case,. These things can do rational inquiry, so they can do ethics.
