The Importance of Dialogue in D&D
I really want to play a charismatic character this time around. I found in Divinity Original Sin 2 is that a lot of the most interesting stuff happens in dialogue. It's about doing more than just combat and sneaking, which is what a lot of role-playing games do. You can use your different proficiencies in conversation in different ways. And it winds up being really cool, it reminds me of Disco Elysium.
