i have a journal from it's called best self, and i there's some structure in the which i also used to reflect on the day. So from meditation, i use headspace and just going throuh e different courses. I often else used to go to sleep. Meditation as like a reflection bid on the day - that's what i do. And then one free page, which is a bit or just for me to to nod down thoughts, feelings, er things. Thatha stuff that i want wont to come back to that's a bit mor so it's a mixture between one part of bety structured, and one part of i, or three for free floating. Ok
