Self-efficacy is a term from learning in cognitive science that refers to one's belief in their ability to successfully complete a task. If we can build new learners of design thinking, if we can build their design thinking self-efficacy, then we can in turn bolster their self-regulated learning of design thinking. And there's some specific ways that you can drive self- efficacy of design thinking and in the course that we've recently developed a 15-hour design thinking course called Think Before You Design Think.
