How to Be a Successful UX Designer

I've learned that my value is in being able to speak developer designer and business person so a lot of developers only see like the the hard facts they say okay it has this feature and that's the feature that we want. I can do the user research really well and I can map the workflows the front end section of like the actual wire frames in that I'm not talented with great what kind of clients do you work with? So far it's been startups so and they're like four to five year endstartups making north of a million in revenue already.
