The harms can be mild. The harms can be cause them frustration, cause them confusion, right? Or the harms can be serious, cause them to feel unwelcome,. And it goes, I've got this chart with two more layers of different kinds of harm above that lasting harm and systemic harm. But those layers of harm are not things that we're used to addressing.
