The Student Loan Market Has Amnesia
The mortgage rate you have, that's a fixed rate, is almost certainly lower than what you would get on floating rate helock right now in the market place. So just stay with the plan you have o pay extra principal each month on the existing mortgage,. and don't mess with one of those helike things that people really tout as if theyr hocus pocus. One other thing i want to mention, when you finish paying off those student loans, nat, the proof that you have paid off your student loans is something you need to keep forever.
