Is There a Cure for Heart Failure With Low Ejection Fraction?

Dr. Switzer: In my clinical practice, I really see patients with ejection fraction that's not truly normal as patients with reduced ejection fraction. And so I'm pretty aggressive with these patients in terms of trying to get a chief guideline directed therapy for low EF heart failure. The other interesting thing is this patient presented with a DMA and is being treated with amolotopein for his hypertension. He'd probably put him on sprenal actin if his renal function of potassium allowed. So again, it's a class 2B recommendation in the guidelines to use the other guideline-directed therapies for half-breath.
