Is Mexico Taking a Risk?

CNN's John Sutter says Mexico is taking a risk by joining the U.S.-Mexico border area. The US has funded extremist organizations and terrorist groups in Central America, he says. "I'm afraid that human rights and democracy may soon visit Mexico," Sutter adds.
